This mountain honey is a delicious natural product from beehives in remote mountainous regions of Brazil and Chile. Bees gather there a golden nectar from a diversified aromatic flora. Nectar and honeydew of these wild flowers give this honey a rich, highly aromatic and very delicate aroma which is ideal for sweetening muesli, tea, cakes and all kinds of desserts.

Production

Allos honeys are harvested, kept and packed carefully in order to best preserve their valuable constituents. Only carefully selected and non-mixed honeys are poured into the glass pots. So they keep their typical flavour and the characteristics relevant to flowervarieties and harvest area.
