Pale yellow, liquid, sweet and delicious organic honey. Hoyer acacia honey contains very high concentrations of fructose and is very smooth and fluid.
Acacia honey is actually the locust or false acacia (Robinia pseudoacacia). During the brief flowering in May and June, the bees collect the nectar of acacia honey in the unique fragrant white flowers of trees that have up to 25 meters high.
