This whole short grain rice is only cleaned and hulled so that it still contains all its fibres, vitamins and minerals. This type of rice is also called brown rice. Cooked grains are soft and cling lightly together. They are perfect for risottos and sushis. But these beige-brown, round grains of rice with aromatic taste are also an ideal accompaniment to all vegetables, meat or fish dishes.

Recommendations for use

Basic preparation: bring to boil 1 cup of washed rice with 2 cups of slightly salty water or broth. Cook over low heat on a flame diffuser for about 40 minutes.
