Wheat is one of the most consumed cereal in the world. Thanks to its high content in fiber, whole wheat promotes regular bowel movements.
Typically, a high-fibre diet can contribute to the prevention of cardiovascular diseases, to the control of type 2 diabetes and is associated with a lower risk of colon cancer. Finally, an important supply of fibers provide a greater feeling of fullness.
Since it contains gluten such as rye, wheat, and all derived products, is not recommended for people with celiac disease.

Recommendations for use

Grind it to make bread, cake, pancakes ... Or cook or germinate it.
To cook: Soak a part of wheat in two parts of water for about 10 hours, then boil ans let swell during about 45 minutes.

Precautions for use

Store in a cool and dry place, in a closed packing.
Contains gluten und could contain traces of sesame or nuts.
