The Davert organic boulgour is a pre-cooked crushed wheat. In Turkey, the boulgour is a very popular cereal. Recommendations for use

Basic cooking: pour 1/2 cup of washed boulgour in 1 cup of lightly salted boiling water. Let simmer on low heat for 10 to 15 minutes.
